I'd like to say thank you to the creator of this mod. I'm so inspired by this, I have designed a full modpack and custom start around this concept and thought I'd share. I'm on 6.2 of course since mods for 7.0 will be a while. this is my 5th seed.
the roleplay: I'm Terran but have a deep sympathy for the centuries of plight of the common wealth and want more than anything to use my more advanced tech to restore them to the their rightful place. the situation is dire with Xenon and other hostiles (Scale plate, Vig etc) that must be all defeated. My abilities are economic in nature, and want them to fight their own way back to deserved status.
The start: to facilitate economic integration and build up, this is a FULL INFO start. I have automated station scanning so I can see everyone's whole production chains. This in particular, since all start with 2 systems, seems a great force multiplier. All sectors unlocked as well, and start with full satellite coverage.
I've attached a pic of my mod list.
My economy is going to start with only 10 traders, 10 miners and 10 million. every build decision will be made initially, with assisting the AIs action first. the concept is to keep on top of their production lags and help them help themselves. Once Xenon is pushed back, I'm going to build my own ground up production facilities and accompanying navy to go in and eliminate everyone except the terran and the commonwealth.
estimated playtime: 500 hours.
Just thought I'd share. Hope it's inspiring to someone. Note the modlist is HEAVY on QOL. instead of the regular mules mod I'm trying the newer one I saw posted. I'll be running the x4 external server as well to unlock that functionality.

Preface: I am not any kind of electrician so please put me on blast if I’m doing or saying something completely stupid
Took down an old boob light fixture and trying to wire a new light but forgot how the previous lighting was set up. The picture attached is EXACTLY how the cables were coming out I just don’t have a pic of how they were attached to the previous fixture
I attached a new fixture via the method below and now all three switches only “dim” the light and not turn it off. No I do not have dimmer switches installed it literally just drops the intensity a step instead of turning off the light. Super weird and I’ve never seen that before.
Some background info: - this is a house built in the 60’s and still only has the old electrical wiring without a ground. (Just the white and black cable) - apparently ALL of the light fixtures in the house are wired together in sequence because once we took this one down all the other ones stopped working. - I said this is a 3 way light switch, I only say that because the 3 switches that USED to control 3 different light fixtures now all only control the one in the picture by “dimming” it like I mentioned before. I’m assuming I’m breaking the sequence some how - I have tried 3 different light fixtures and all of them just do the “dimming” issue -the single black wire is the “hot” cable. I tested via a voltage tester
Method I have tried wiring per someone’s recommendation:
Double black wires to white neutral on the light fixture
Single black wire to black wire on light fixture
Put a wire nut on the tied together whites instead of the electrical tape that was there
I’ll take any and all recommendations!

Long story short, I watched the new Benn Jordan video about the best verb plug-ins, and it just sparked my memory about this reverb I used to use a long time ago, like 15 or more years. Now, All my gear was cracked back then b/c I was in school, but I remember exactly what it looked like and remember specifically searching for most expensive reverb when trying to find one to download. But heck if I can remember brand or name. I think it started with an A, or has -sphere in it... I spent a good 20+ minutes Google searching with no luck, I think it's just too old or if it's still around, they changed the look of it. It was a massive CPU hog... but It had More customability than most reverbs they put out today, and I remember you could choose a convolution/algo on the left side of the plugin, which I believe was just early reflections and then could choose to link the right side (late reflections) or set it differently. I believe it was in the vein of impulse responses, since I remember being able to pick out different concert halls, plates (specific ones like gold or silver comes to mind), or spaces (forest, spiral staircase, and something like airport) as well as many others but those I remember using a lot... Anyone have any ideas, since this has driven me crazy trying to find before, and I am curious if it is cheaper now. It is not altiverb, but the pics they use do remind me of it quite a bit. I could draw the basic layout if anyone is curious!

Most of the acne is below my cheekbones, all the way down till my neck & chin (where I think I have some sebaceous filaments). I think this also has to do with me having a lot of facial hair, some of which grows back quite often (near the neck/chin) but the hair follicles start near my eyes and cover all my cheeks, chin and neck (where I have the most acne). I shave every week or so, which generally aggravates my acne/causes breakouts. morning 🌞 • double cleanse (vitamin b3 + cetaphil). • gentle toner (green tea) • vitamin C (20% serum) - this is a new addition • sebamed care gel or pure aloe gel • 72 hour moisturizer night 😴 • double cleanse (vitamin b3 + cetaphil) • gentle toner (green tea) • salicylic acid (2% serum) • niacinamide (10% serum) • aloe gel • anti acne gel (on cheeks, chin & neck) I don't do sunscreen because I'm never out nor in front of a window, but I did buy some and I use it whenever needed. This routine HAS made my skin clearer but I don't know if it's right for me? Because I can only really identify my acne issues, not all of the rest. Im in my late 20s, I also live in an extremely polluted area, have dandruff issues, greasy hair ofgen, lot of dust in my room often, sweat a lot, etc. that makes my acne/skin issues worse. my skin has also become extremely dull (almost discolored) lately and the skin texture looks very off. I'm starting to get dark circles and such, even though I'm sleeping well. the corner of my lips are starting to pigment as well. not sure what to do about all these or if I should even be worried since these issues are quite recent??  | i have 2b shoulder length hair, medium density, rough texture, float test shows have high porosity hair (sinks after dunking it), but i think i also have a lot of low porosity hair as well because of how water beads form submitted by fat_cunt909 to curlyhair [link] [comments] the problem is no matter WHAT i do i can't seem to moisturize all of my hair, the low po ones stays dry and frizzy no matter what, and sticks out like a sore thumb idek if those are even low po, all these pics are after a boiling hot shower i also used flat iron for the first time today (160c) just to open up the cuticles, to let moisture in, no use and a keratin shampoo wash makes it worse, made it feel like touching straws im really just on the verge of cutting it all off or maybe slapping some gel on routine- its been three weeks off of keratin shampoo, used a regular laureth sulfate + coco betaine shampoo to hopefully wash off the protein bonds (thrice a week, impossible not to shampoo that much where i live), left conditioner on for an hour and then washed it off (thrice a week), never used a heat styling before, no chance for sun damage either (i use an umbrella), friction damage i wouldnt know its been 2 months since i changed to satin cover, never dyed photos taken a week after just shampooing twice (washing off the conditioner, conditoner makes the high po strands look good but does nothing to the low po ones), i think the protein washed off because its soft now |

 | Hi, im trying to find the Css selectors for the simple-tab-group extension. After going through some posts (https://www.reddit.com/FirefoxCSS/comments/kc48io/how\_to\_inspect\_the\_sideba), (https://www.reddit.com/FirefoxCSS/comments/wdeta9/how\_exactly\_could\_i\_add\_css\_to\_firefox\_extensions/) and some others, i found out that im supposed to go to about:debugging, select the extension and use the iframe selector to chose the sidebapopup for that extension. I dont get this option in the iframe selector tho (see pic). Just moved in and I'm changing a few electrical outlets because I notice some burn signs. But I see that most switches and outlets boxes have multiple cables coming in, the. They clamp most of them together, and only connect 2 or 3 cables. This one for example lookes like they connected Hot and Load together then clamped all neutrals together and used one. I'm not an electrician but shouldn't Line and Load be separated on a GFCI? Or is this normal and has no potential issues ? In the restroom I also found a light switch that only had Line and load cables and they completely cut the ground cable (last pic). Why ? Replaced and connected ground and neutral as well as line and load. I just thought that it was odd. Any ideas ??

 | basically i had since a kid , at age 8 my dad thought it was a wart and froze it off it came back around age 14 didnt hurt so i left it be , fast forward im 21 and pregnant , it started to cause me pain so i yanked it out and it healed nice , its been two years its now back , it usually has skin that covers it , i cut the skin back and squeezed it like a pimple , a fatty tumor like thing started to come out i cut most off (pic 2) which left me with picture ONE . i then began to use compound w bandaids thinking its a wart (the rest of the pictures show that progress) the last photo is today , and it looks so much better and smaller! i started googling and found out it looks like pyogenic granuloma, i see i could do a salt treatment , but im unsure if i should stick woth the bandaid since its do this much? or should i allow it to heal and use the salt treatment? submitted by Glittering_Zombie865 to DermatologyQuestions [link] [comments] |
